Zucchini pulp is loose and watery, with a large number of large seeds. It is better to get rid of them before cooking, especially if they are large fruits. Zucchini has softer and more elastic flesh. It also contains seeds, but they are so small that they are almost not noticeable in dishes.
Zucchini is quite easy to care for and less sensitive to mold. A rainy summer will not be a challenge for them. Zucchini, on the contrary, are accustomed to the warm, mild, moderately humid climate of the Mediterranean – and in our latitudes they require more careful care. Ripe zucchini can be eaten raw. But fully ripe zucchini requires light heat treatment.
