Tangerines are the main joy of winter, a replacement for the sun and powerful support for the mind and heart when it is dark outside and the vitamins have gone into hibernation. Tangerines never get boring, and you can eat as many of them as you like – fortunately, the stores are full of new and unexpected varieties and they are all interesting to study. But here’s the problem: doctors do not advise eating tangerines in unlimited quantities (a story about this below by Irina Gromova, a nutritionist and member of the All-Russian National Association of Dietitians and Nutritionists).
